| ThunderClan Camp
ThunderClan camp is built in an old quarry abandoned by twolegs. On all four sides of the stony hollow are bramble thickets. The camp entrance allows ThunderClan cats to safely enter the camp, but the other stone walls shelter the camp, rising high above any cat's head to keep out any unwanted intruders.

| ThunderClan Territory
ThunderClan lies in a decidious forest. During greenleaf, the territory is covered in thick grass and ferns, and a canopy of leaves, offering plently of shade for the cats on hot and sunny days. The forest mainly consists of oak and beech trees. A huge ancient oak lies close to the bank of the lake.

ShadowClan Camp
ShadowClan camp was built in a wide shallow dip carved into the ground. It is half-hidden under dense brambles. There are trees surrounding the hollow, with gnarled branches almost sweeping to the ground.

ShadowClan begins at the small Thunderpath and stretches all the way to the stream where ThunderClan begins. The land is covered with tall pine trees but has very little undergrowth. The forest floor is soft and crisp, with a think covering of brittle pine needles.

| WindClan Camp
WindClan camp lies in a hollow formed by erosion. Boulders are scattered over the ground in the middle, while gorse and other shrubs grow thickly around the edges. WindClan cats sleep under the stars, only elders, kits and nursing queens sleep in dens.

| WindClan Territory
WindClan territory lies in a gray-green swell of moorland grass, rippled by the wind. Gorse thickets are dotted over the land. A small stream flows out of the lake, marking the border between WindClan and ThunderClan. The horseplace lies at the other end of WindClan territory.

| RiverClan Camp
Downstream is a small trickle of water that falls down a slope thickly covered with moss and fern to join the main stream. RiverClan camp is wedged in between the two streams. The camp is sheltered by clumps of hazel and brambles.

| RiverClan Territory
Most of RiverClan territory is covered in long grass with few trees. In the middle of the territory, is a wide stream that flows out of the lake. The water is shaded by reeds and the occasional tree that grow along the banks. The marshes in RiverClan territory contain valuable herbs Medicine Cats use as remedies to heal their patients.

| Island (Gathering Place)
The Island is located at the edge of the lake close by RiverClan territory. This is where the Gathering takes place every full moon. A pine tree was struck down by lightning and now it acts as a bridge for the cats to get from the lakeshore to the island.

| Moonpool
Just beyond WindClan territory is a sparkling silver pool-- the Moonpool. This is were Leaders and Medicine Cats go to share dreams with StarClan.

| Unclaimed Land |
| Thunderpath
A loud and noisy thunderpath lies just outside of Riverclan territory. Cats prefer to stay away from the foul-smelling road and its monsters.

| Twolegplace
A few houses and the horseplace barn make up twolegplace. This is where the soft kittypets live, far from the turmoil of the clans, or rouges.

| The Hills and Beyond
Beyond the edge of Windclan territory, the hills continue to roll along. Twoleg nests are dotted here and there, but none pose a big threat. Loners prefer to spend their time in these hills, away from other felines.
Only tomcats can claim territory, she-cats and kits can arrange to live with another tom.
